Work and support various Business units in preparing proposals for tender and new business submission Coordinate with marketing for updated company information, awards, and materials relevant to the requirements for proposal submission Coordinate with finance for updated company financial information and materials relevant to the requirements for proposal submission Attend tender clarifications sessions with Business unit representatives when applicable Work with the Business Unit on pricing and costing model pertaining to each potential tender submission Drafting a professional tender proposal by consolidating relevant required information and the ability to enhance the proposal contents and design Based on the projects identified design and develop a business development plan Developing and ensuring timely submission of proposals Propose solutions and prepare quotations for customers with the guidance of GM.
